张晓晶，中国社会科学院金融研究所所长、研究员、博导；国家金融与发展实验室主任；国家资产负债表研究中心（CNBS）主任；中国经济50人论坛成员。领衔编撰中国国家资产负债表，负责估算与发布中国季度宏观杠杆率。长期从事宏观经济金融形势跟踪分析。参与、主持国家“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”、“十四五”规划的研究和评估工作。主持中财办重大委托课题及多项国家社科基金重大招标课题。出版《符号经济与实体经济：金融全球化时代的经济分析》《中国经验与中国经济学》《中国国家资产负债表》系列（合著）等著作，荣获的奖项包括第十一届、第十二届“孙冶方经济科学奖”、首届“孙冶方金融创新奖”、第五届“中国软科学奖”和第六届“张培刚发展经济学奖”。主要研究领域为开放经济宏观经济学、宏观金融理论与发展经济学。

The author is the Director, researcher and doctoral supervisor with the Institute of Finance & Banking, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences; Director of the National Institution for Finance & Development; Director of the Research Center for the National Balance Sheet (CNBS); Member of the China Economic 50 Forum. He leads the compilation of China's national balance sheet and is responsible for estimating and publishing China's quarterly macro leverage ratio.He has been engaged in tracking and analyzing macroeconomic and financial situations for a long time. He published Symbolic Economy and Real Economy: An Economic Analysis in the Era of Financial Globalization, Chinese Experience and Chinese Economics, China's National Balance Sheet series (co-author), etc. His main research fields are open economy macroeconomics, macro finance theory and development economics.
