刘小萌，男，1952年生，史学博士，中国社会科学院近代史所研究员，博士生导师。中国社会科学院“登峰战略”资深学科带头人；历史研究院史学理论研究中心、北京大学“铸牢中华民族共同体意识”研究基地、中国人民大学清史研究所满文文献研究中心、中央民族大学中国边疆民族历史研究院等单位兼职研究员；吉林师范大学历史学院双聘教授、博士生导师、满学研究院院长。代表作有《满族从部落到国家的发展》《清通鉴·前编》《爱新觉罗家族史》《清代北京旗人社会》《清朝遗迹的考察》《中国知青史·大潮》《中国知青口述史》，主编的著作有《世纪存疑——历史考古卷》《北京商业契书集》《满学研究论集》等。

Liu Xiaomeng, doctor of history, researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Modern History at CASS. He is Senior discipline leader of "summit strategy" at CASS. He is a Part-time researcher in the following organizations: research center of historical theory at the Institute of History, research base of "building a strong sense of Chinese national community" at Peking University, the Manchu Literature Research Center of the Institute of Qing History at Renmin University of China, and the Research Institute of Chinese Frontier Ethnic History at Minzu University of China; he is a double employed Professor, doctoral supervisor and dean of the Manchuology Research Institute of History School at Jilin Normal University.
