本书认为，中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度，作为一种政党制度，可以概括为中国特色政党制度，其理由有三：一是中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是中国特色社会主义政治制度的重要组成部分；二是这一政党制度是在中国这块土地上诞生和发展起来的，已经有60多年的历史了；三是这一政党制度在当代世界政党政治舞台上占有重要一席，并带有鲜明的中国特色。因此，无论从任何维度上分析，把中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度称之为中国特色政党制度，都是有着充分的理论依据和实践基础的。

This book argues that the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the Communist Party of China, as a political party system, can be summarized as a political party system with Chinese characteristics, for three reasons: first, the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the Communist Party of China is an important part of the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics; Second, this party system was born and developed on the land of China and has a history of more than 60 years; Third, this party system occupies an important place on the contemporary world political arena of political parties and has distinct Chinese characteristics.
