This book takes the "formal ideology" proposed by critics such as Eagleton and Jameson as the theoretical support, re-examines the phenomenon of Chinese avant-garde literature in the 80s of the 20th century from the perspective of literary sociology, takes the formal experiment of the avant-garde literature of the 80s as the main research line, and explores the humanistic context, historical genealogy, language style, narrative ethics, spiritual imagery and cultural heritage of the avant-garde literature of the 80s. The research path of "formal ideology" chosen by the treatise is more innovative in the study of Chinese avant-garde literature.
