本书以马克思主义关于人的能动性、人的实践和自由等理论为指导，在参照、借鉴中国传统哲学和西方哲学有关主体性思想基础上，提出“自我超越”是人主体性精神实质的观点，即人意识到自身生存和发展受到客观限制或束缚，通过主观能动与实践，在超越限制的过程与结果中所表现出来的本质力量。在此基础上，演绎主体性精神的特性、要素、层次结构、形成机理等，并通过对当前大学生主体性精神的现状分析，提出相应的培养目标、原则、方法和路径。

Guided by Marxist theories on human initiative, human practice and freedom, this book puts forward the view that "self-transcendence" is the spiritual essence of human subjectivity on the basis of referring to and drawing on traditional Chinese philosophy and Western philosophy on subjectivity, that is, the essential power of people who realize that their own survival and development are objectively limited or restrained, and through subjective initiative and practice, they show in the process and results of transcending limitations. On this basis, the characteristics, elements, hierarchies and formation mechanisms of the subjective spirit are deduced, and the corresponding training goals, principles, methods and paths are proposed through the analysis of the current status of the subjective spirit of college students.（AI翻译）
