创业活动已经成为中国经济增长最重要的动力之一。创业活动不仅促进经济增长，改变就业模式，还有助于转移过剩产能，解决供给和需求不对称的矛盾。本书梳理了中国省级单元的创业活动数量的时空演变，借助经济学的要素生产理论，从制度、人力、金融和技术四个方面进行实证分析，明晰了创业活动地区分异的形成机制。在此基础上，从社会普遍信任和社会文化价值观的角度讨论了社会资本造就差异化区域创业环境的机制，以及由此带来的创业空间集聚现象。提醒政策制定者要注意软硬两个方面配套发展，在两者之间形成协同和强化，从而优化创业环境，提供更多创业资源。

Entrepreneurial activity has become one of the most important drivers of China's economic growth. Entrepreneurial activity not only promotes economic growth and changes employment patterns, but also helps to transfer excess capacity and resolve the contradiction between supply and demand. This book sorts out the temporal and spatial evolution of the number of entrepreneurial activities in China's provincial units, uses the factor production theory of economics, conducts empirical analysis from four aspects: system, manpower, finance and technology, and clarifies the formation mechanism of regional differentiation of entrepreneurial activities. On this basis, from the perspective of universal social trust and sociocultural values, the mechanism of social capital to create a differentiated regional entrepreneurial environment and the resulting phenomenon of entrepreneurial space agglomeration are discussed. Remind policy makers to pay attention to the complementary development of both soft and hard aspects, and form synergy and strengthening between the two, so as to optimize the entrepreneurial environment and provide more entrepreneurial resources.（AI翻译）
