当前，中国老龄化进入了“边富边老”的新时期，老龄化面临高峰值期的挑战。中国养老服务需求总量扩张、层次提高且不断升级，在此背景下，中国养老服务供给水平及结构是否升级、供给有效性如何评价及提升、供给升级的方向及措施是本书要着手研究的内容。本书基于2016-2018年北京、长春、鄂尔多斯、呼和浩特、成都以及青岛“城市老年人长期照护服务需求个人调查”数据，“老年人养老意愿及服务需求现状调查”“养老服务现状调查”“城乡老年人养老服务需求个人问卷调查”数据，长期从事城乡老年人养老需求与供给跟踪研究。希望建立一套指标来全面客观地评价社会养老保障制度效果，并提出提升建议；通过实证分析为社会资本市场预测与效益评价提供参考，以减少投资盲目性，提高有效供给。

At present, China's aging has entered a new period of "getting rich while getting old", and aging is facing the challenge of a high peak period. In the context of the expansion, level improvement and continuous upgrading of China's total demand for elderly care services, whether the level and structure of China's elderly care service supply have been upgraded, how to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of supply, and the direction and measures of supply upgrading are the contents to be studied in this book. This book is based on the data of "Individual Survey on Long-term Care Service Needs of Urban Elderly", "Survey on the Status Quo of Elderly Willingness and Service Demand of the Elderly", "Survey on the Status Quo of Elderly Care Service" and "Personal Questionnaire Survey on the Demand for Elderly Care Service in Urban and Rural Areas" in Beijing, Changchun, Ordos, Hohhot, Chengdu and Qingdao from 2016 to 2018, and has been engaged in long-term tracking research on the demand and supply of urban and rural elderly care. It is hoped to establish a set of indicators to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the effect of the social old-age security system and put forward suggestions for improvement; Through empirical analysis, it provides reference for social capital market forecasting and benefit evaluation, so as to reduce investment blindness and improve effective supply.（AI翻译）
