本文集为中国社会科学院“登峰战略”资深学科带头人项目“清代满汉关系研究（2018-2020）”子课题之一。选编了作者自1987年以来发表的清史、满族史论文58篇，分编为“清初史”“八旗制度与社会”“旗民关系”三个专题。文集的基本特色：从满族史角度研究清史，从八旗史角度研究满族史；注重利用满汉文档案、契书、碑文、家谱等史料；研究视野从清前史延伸到近代，始终围绕满汉关系的主线展开；继承实证史学传统，解读历史中的疑难问题。

The book studies the history of the Qing Dynasty from the perspective of Manchu history and Manchu history from the perspective of eight banners history, paying attention to the use of Manchu and Han archives, deeds, inscriptions, genealogy and other historical materials. The research field of vision extends from the history of the pre-Qing Dynasty to modern times, and always revolves around the main line of Manchu-Han relations. The research inherits the tradition of positive historiography to interpret the difficult problems in history.
