农业知识产权协同创新问题是各界关注的焦点。本书在分析农业知识产权创新的理论效用、现实必然性、时序特征及空间格局的基础上，量化了农业知识产权创新的实践公平性；识别了农业知识产权创新的收敛性、收敛速度及制约因素。进一步分析了农业知识产权协同创新的微观机理，提出了协同创新机制的优化思路和原则，构建了“政产学研用+中介”的农业知识产权协同创新模式，提出了推进中国农业知识产权协同创新的对策设计。

The issue of collaborative innovation of agricultural IP is the focus of attention from all walks of life. Based on the analysis of the theoretical utility, practical inevitability, temporal characteristics and spatial pattern of agricultural IP innovation, this book quantifies the practical fairness of agricultural IP innovation. The convergence, speed and constraints of agricultural IP innovation were identified. The microscopic mechanism of collaborative innovation of agricultural intellectual property is further analyzed, the optimization ideas and principles of collaborative innovation mechanism are proposed, the collaborative innovation model of agricultural intellectual property of "government, industry, academia, research and application + intermediary" is constructed, and the countermeasure design to promote the collaborative innovation of agricultural intellectual property in China is proposed.（AI翻译）
