“一带一路”经过夯基垒台、立柱架梁的第一阶段，正在迈向落地生根、持久发展的新阶段。与此相适应，总结“一带一路”建设第一阶段的经验教训，为第二阶段的实践提供理论指南是中国学术界的使命所在。本书是中国社会科学院创新工程重大项目的一项研究成果，由理论篇和调研报告篇组成。在理论篇中，我们试图从多学科角度入手，解构“一带一路”的属性、定位、目标、边界与功能，避免把它看成一个“黑箱”或“百宝箱”。同时，作为一项学理化研究，我们力求遵循三个基本原则：理论层面的自洽、实践层面的可操作、认知层面的国内外统一。尽管成果本身尚未达到理论体系建构的要求，但这是我们努力的方向。在调研报告篇中，我们选择了“一带一路”建设第一阶段的六个重点国家和地区开展调研，从中总结出具有推广价值的合作模式。
After the first stage of ramming foundations, pillars and beams, the "Belt and Road" is moving towards a new stage of taking root and sustainable development. In line with this, it is the mission of Chinese academia to summarize the lessons learned from the first phase of the "Belt and Road" construction and provide theoretical guidance for the practice of the second stage. This book is the research result of the major project of the innovation project of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and consists of a theoretical chapter and a research report. In the theoretical chapter, we try to deconstruct the attributes, positioning, goals, boundaries and functions of the "Belt and Road" from a multidisciplinary perspective, avoiding viewing it as a "black box" or "treasure box". At the same time, as a study of science, physics and chemistry, we strive to follow three basic principles: self-consistency at the theoretical level, operability at the practical level, and domestic and foreign unity at the cognitive level. Although the results themselves have not yet met the requirements of theoretical system construction, this is the direction of our efforts. In the research report, we selected six key countries and regions in the first phase of the "Belt and Road" construction to conduct research, and summarized the cooperation model with promotion value.（AI翻译）
