本书首先从人口城镇化与土地城镇化及其协调发展的涵义、人口城镇化与土地城镇化的互动机理以及协调发展的实现机制三方面展开对人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展的理论分析；其次考察我国人口城镇化与土地城镇化失调的表现，分析失调可能产生的危害；并从全国整体、区域、不同类别城市以及城市规模变动视角展开对我国人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调性的比较分析，结果表明我国人口城镇化与土地城镇化失调严重，主要属于人口城镇化滞后型；然后剖析我国人口城镇化滞后于土地城镇化的原因，最后探讨促进我国人口城镇化与土地城镇化协调发展的措施。

This book first analyzes the coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization from three aspects: the meaning of population urbanization and land urbanization and its coordinated development, the interaction mechanism between population urbanization and land urbanization, and the realization mechanism of coordinated development. Secondly, the manifestations of the imbalance between population urbanization and land urbanization in China were examined, and the possible harm caused by the imbalance was analyzed. The comparative analysis of the coordination between population urbanization and land urbanization in China from the perspective of the overall country, region, different types of cities and urban scale changes was carried out, and the results showed that the imbalance between population urbanization and land urbanization in China was serious, and it mainly belonged to the lagging type of population urbanization. Then, the reasons why China's population urbanization lags behind land urbanization are analyzed, and finally measures to promote the coordinated development of China's population urbanization and land urbanization are discussed.（AI翻译）
