关于老罕王努尔哈赤的传说在东北地区广泛流传。这些传说既描述了清太祖戎马一生的英雄业绩，又从不同角度反映了当时女真人的社会生活。本书作为口头传统视野下的个案研究，旨在从传说文本的形成入手，围绕个人叙事与地方传统的交互影响，对如何理解民间叙事文类作出实践层面的回应。

当代搜集整理的传说文本己然构成以口头为中心，文类多元，层次鲜明的传说集群。与散落的传说文本相比，汇聚到新宾县故事家查树源这里的，是结合自身艺术才能讲述得较为完整的长篇形态。这一尚在进行中的讲述活动为我们捕捉民间叙事文类的形态转换提供了依据。

基于在民俗过程中理解文类的观点，作者试图以努尔哈赤传说的文本研究为例，打破固有文类思维的局限，提出以个人叙事为突破，贯通地方传统，从而阐释民间文化的研究理路。

The legend about the old Han king Nur Hachi is widely spread in the northeast region. These legends not only describe the heroic achievements of the Qing Emperor Rong Ma in his life, but also reflect the social life of the Jurchens at that time from different angles. As a case study from the perspective of oral tradition, this book aims to start from the formation of legendary texts, and provide a practical response to how to understand folk narrative literature around the interaction between personal narratives and local traditions. The legendary texts collected and organized by contemporary times have formed a group of legends centered on the oral, diversified literary genres and distinct layers. Compared with the scattered legendary texts, what converges here is a long form that combines its own artistic talents to tell a more complete story. This ongoing narrative activity provides a basis for us to capture the morphological transformation of folk narrative genres. Based on the perspective of understanding literary genres in the process of folklore, the author attempts to take the textual study of the legend of Nurhachi as an example to break the limitations of inherent literary thinking, and propose to use personal narrative as a breakthrough to penetrate local traditions, so as to explain the research path of folk culture.（AI翻译）
