This book gives a new method to evaluate the effect of the regulatory policy of fresh agricultural products, and constructs a policy development and effect evaluation system covering the whole vegetable industry chain. The main contents of this book are: systematically sort out the specific content and evolution trajectory of domestic vegetable industry regulation and control policies, and analyze the influencing factors of vegetable industry regulation and control policies from the two dimensions of policy formulation and policy implementation; Based on the combination of event analysis method and target analysis method, the effect of domestic vegetable industry regulation and control policies on market prices was evaluated. A case study of the impact of annual industrial regulation and control policies on vegetable market prices based on the differential model was carried out.
