本书将国际政治无政府状态中的三种文化（霍布斯文化、洛克文化和康德文化）推演至国家间博弈的层面，提出了在世界无政府状态下的三种博弈层次，即霍布斯式博弈、洛克式博弈和康德式博弈。中美博弈经历了从霍布斯式博弈到洛克式博弈的演进过程，中美洛克式博弈方式将中美关系置于洛克式政治结构之中。武器、治理和文明这三个因素决定了中美间形成的洛克式博弈关系具有稳定性，使两国很难再次滑入霍布斯式博弈的状态之中。中美关系可以跨越“修昔底德陷阱”，从而避免两国间发生战争的政治悲剧。大国间形成的洛克式博弈方式在一定程度上为中美关系的战略定位提出一个相对稳定的分析框架，也在一定程度上为不同国家之间的政治关系提供了解释与分析的工具。
This book deduces the three cultures in international political anarchy (Hobbesian culture, Locke culture and Kant culture) to the level of interstate games, and proposes three game levels in the world anarchy, namely Hobbesian games, Locke-style games and Kantian games. The Sino-US game has undergone an evolution from a Hobbesian game to a Locke-style game, and the Sino-American Locke-style game method places Sino-US relations in a Locke-style political structure. The three factors of weapons, governance and civilization determine the stability of the Locke-style game relationship formed between China and the United States, making it difficult for the two countries to slide into the state of Hobbesian game again. The U.S.-China relationship can overcome the Thucydides Trap and thus avoid the political tragedy of war between the two countries. To a certain extent, the Locke-like game method formed between major countries puts forward a relatively stable analytical framework for the strategic positioning of Sino-US relations, and also provides tools for explaining and analyzing the political relations between different countries to a certain extent.（AI翻译）
