On the basis of previous research, according to the impact mechanism of environmental regulation on industrial performance, this book selects industrial industries above designated size in China as a sample for empirical analysis, quantitatively analyzes the impact of environmental regulation on the performance of China's industrial industry from the four perspectives of industrial industry, eastern, central and western regions, different polluting industries and different regulatory tools, and accurately understands the difference between environmental regulation and industrial performance in different regions, different industries, and different regulatory tools while reducing environmental pollution.
