本报告对当前工业经济形势进行了分析，认为2015年中国工业经济增速继续下行，行业加速分化，盈利空间受到挤压，但结构调整取得进一步进展，中国工业仍然延续着2014年的“减速换挡”过程，当前工业增速探底的过程还尚未结束。2016年我国工业经济形势仍然复杂严峻，运行中诸多矛盾叠加，风险隐患增多，下行压力仍然较大，但同时工业发展也处于可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期，“稳中求进”仍然是工业发展的主旋律。预计2016年工业经济增速可能会出现“前低后高”的走势，全年规模以上工业增加值增速在5%-6%之间。2016年是“十三五”的开局之年，国家在制定政策时，需要将长期政策和短期政策结合起来，宏观政策与微观政策结合起来，供给管理与需求管理结合起来，为工业经济的健康发展奠定基础。

This report analyzes the current industrial economic situation, and believes that in 2015, China's industrial economic growth rate continued to decline, the industry accelerated differentiation, and the profit space was squeezed, but further progress was made in structural adjustment, and China's industry still continued the process of "deceleration and gear shifting" in 2014, and the current process of bottoming out of industrial growth has not yet ended. In 2016, China's industrial economic situation is still complex and severe, many contradictions in operation are superimposed, risks and hidden dangers are increasing, and downward pressure is still large, but at the same time, industrial development is also in an important strategic opportunity period that can make great achievements, and "seeking progress in stability" is still the main theme of industrial development.
