During the Obama administration, the United States adopted a strategic "rebalance" from the Middle East to the Asia-Pacific region. "The Goals and Means of the US Asia-Pacific Strategy under the Rebalance Strategy" examines the internal and external factors, implementation effects and challenges encountered by the "Rebalance" strategy, as well as the impact on China's peripheral diplomatic environment and Sino-US relations.
