技术因素是影响农产品安全问题的“双刃剑”。对农产品安全问题的分析，应包括不同方向技术进步对政策的内生反应。本书以农药为研究对象，通过对农药技术市场的实证分析，构建了效用与环境双重约束下的农业技术进步方向模型，分别对我国农产品安全问题的表层原因和深层原因进行了追溯。本书拓宽了技术进步方向模型的应用范围，并在现有的农业技术进步理论范围内进一步边际拓展，为分析我国农产品安全问题提供了一个全新的理论视角与思路。

Technical factors are a "double-edged sword" affecting the safety of agricultural products. The analysis of agricultural product safety should include the endogenous response of technological progress in different directions to policy. Taking pesticides as the research object, through the empirical analysis of the pesticide technology market, this book constructs a model of agricultural technology progress under the dual constraints of utility and environment, and traces the surface and deep causes of agricultural product safety in China. This book broadens the application scope of the technological progress direction model, and further expands the scope of the existing agricultural technological progress theory, which provides a new theoretical perspective and ideas for analyzing the safety of agricultural products in China.（AI翻译）
