本书针对我国自然遗产资源管理现行体制存在的管理主体不同、评价标准不一、利益矛盾交集等问题，采取文献研究、社会调查、实证分析等多种研究方法，论证了中国设置国家公园的必要性和可行性，并在构建保护优先效益协同的国家公园管理模型的基础上，设计了中国国家公园设置标准的指标模型和指标体系。同时，以福建泰宁世界自然遗产地为实证地，验证了设置标准的可行性和适用性。所提出的中国国家公园设置标准对于构建符合中国实际的自然遗产管理模式、建立协调资源保护与利用矛盾的制度，具有一定的实践指导意义和决策参考价值。

Aiming at the problems of different management subjects, different evaluation standards, and conflicting interests in the current system of natural heritage resources management in China, this book adopts various research methods such as literature research, social investigation and empirical analysis to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of setting up national parks in China, and designs the index model and index system of China's national park setting standards on the basis of building a national park management model with priority and benefit synergy of protection. At the same time, taking the Taining World Natural Heritage Site in Fujian Province as an empirical site, the feasibility and applicability of setting standards are verified. The proposed standards for setting up China's national parks have certain practical guiding significance and decision-making reference value for constructing a natural heritage management model that conforms to China's actual conditions and establishing a system that coordinates the contradiction between resource protection and utilization.（AI翻译）
