This book is completed on the basis of a survey of 121 farmer cooperatives in Shandong, Jiangxi and Sichuan provinces, focusing on the analysis of the development status of farmers' cooperatives in China, including the scale of development, the main body of leaders, the basic system, the business content and scope, the joint society and the Internet application strategy, etc., and summarizes the role of farmers' cooperatives in promoting agricultural modernization, improving the quality of agricultural products, improving the degree of farmers' organization and increasing farmers' income, as well as the problems in governance structure, benefit distribution, service capacity and other aspects.
