本书以推进中国公共就业服务均等化为目标，采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法，综合运用多学科知识和研究范式，通过构建熵值—TOPSIS模型，对地区间、省际间的公共就业服务区域均等化水平进行了实证测度，利用省级面析数据模型测度城乡公共就业服务的均等化水平差异，通过对实证结果的详细分析，从宏观、中观、微观三方面进一步探究了影响公共就业服务均等化水平的因素。在借鉴了国外公共就业服务实践经验的基础上，从宏观导向、促进措施和保障措施三个方面对推进公共就业服务均等化的路径进行了整体思考。

With the goal of promoting the equalization of public employment services in China, this book adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, comprehensively uses multidisciplinary knowledge and research paradigm, constructs the entropy-TOPSIS model, empirically measures the regional equalization level of public employment services between regions and provinces, uses the provincial analysis data model to measure the difference in the equalization level of urban and rural public employment services, and through the detailed analysis of the empirical results, from macro, meso and The micro three aspects further explore the factors affecting the equalization level of public employment services. On the basis of drawing on the practical experience of foreign public employment services, the path of promoting the equalization of public employment services is considered from three aspects: macro orientation, promotion measures and safeguard measures.（AI翻译）
