本书的研究主题是中国农地征收制度及政策的规范与完善。本书以制度变迁的视角考察中国的农地征收制度，分析现行农地征收制度的形成、路径依赖、固化乃至变革等问题，解释现有的征地制度框架下失地农民问题的制度根源。通过对征地制度改革试点“嘉兴模式”的实证研究，分析其在农用地征收与宅基地征收方面的制度安排与创新，总结试点改革的实践经验和推广意义。本书还对若干国家及地区的土地征收制度进行文献研究与比较分析，将其有益经验与中国农地征收制度改革相结合，提出了今后农地征收制度改革的路径选择及未来趋势。

The research theme of this book is the regulation and improvement of China's agricultural land expropriation system and policy. This book examines China's farmland expropriation system from the perspective of institutional change, analyzes the formation, path dependence, solidification and even reform of the current farmland expropriation system, and explains the institutional root causes of the landless peasant problem under the framework of the existing land expropriation system. Through the empirical research on the pilot "Jiaxing Model" of land acquisition system reform, this paper analyzes its institutional arrangement and innovation in agricultural land expropriation and homestead expropriation, and summarizes the practical experience and promotion significance of the pilot reform. This book also conducts literature research and comparative analysis of land expropriation systems in several countries and regions, combines its useful experience with the reform of China's agricultural land expropriation system, and puts forward the path selection and future trend of the future reform of the farmland expropriation system.（AI翻译）
