本书从共享经济理念出发，对中国基本分配制度进行了全面、系统的研究。本书首先以社会主义“按劳分配”原则的理论内涵、制度安排的演变为线索，对马克思主义经典作家关于收入分配的论述进行了总结和分析，并对以计划经济为特征的传统社会主义收入分配制度安排的演变进行了梳理。其次，以按要素分配的思想演变为线索，对西方经济学中关于收入分配的理论以及西方主要发达囯家收入分配制度进行了总结和分析。在此基础上，分别从宏观分配格局和收入再分配的角度，对中国改革开放以来，特别是确立社会主义市场经济体制以来中国收入分配问题进行了研究。最后，本书详细分析了共享经济理念的提出、理论内涵和政策安排，并以此为框架对与全面建成小康社会相适应的中国基本分配制度提出了政策建议。

Starting from the concept of sharing economy, this book provides a comprehensive and systematic study of China's basic distribution system. This book first takes the theoretical connotation of the principle of "distribution according to work" and the evolution of institutional arrangements as clues, summarizes and analyzes the expositions of Marxist classic writers on income distribution, and sorts out the evolution of the traditional socialist income distribution institutional arrangement characterized by the planned economy. Secondly, taking the evolution of the idea of distribution by factors as a clue, the theory of income distribution in Western economics and the income distribution system of major developed Western countries are summarized and analyzed. On this basis, from the perspective of macro distribution pattern and income redistribution, the issue of income distribution in China since China's reform and opening up, especially since the establishment of the socialist market economic system, was studied. Finally, this book analyzes in detail the proposal, theoretical connotation and policy arrangement of the concept of sharing economy, and puts forward policy suggestions for China's basic distribution system that is compatible with the overall construction of a moderately prosperous society.（AI翻译）
