本书通过把语言中普遍存在的使役成份置于自然语言环境，进而总结和概括其语义的突显特点和具体表征规律，据此提出句法、缀合、和词汇使役形式的语义突显层级模式。语义突显层级模式发现了不同语言中各类使役结构的共核，为实证研究中的关键变量和有关习得路径的具体假设提供了理论基础，具有预测性、全面性和解释的充分性的特点。该理论的提出对语言研究及二语习得理论建设均有所贡献。本研究的英汉致使结构的研究成果可以服务于外语和对外汉语致使结构的教学，为这两个应用学科提供参考资料和实证数据，并提供新的理论和方法指导，从而提高第二语言教学和学习效果。

By placing the common servant components in language in the natural language environment, and then summarizing and summarizing the semantic salient characteristics and specific representation laws of their semantics, this book proposes syntactic, conjugation, and semantic highlighting hierarchical patterns of lexical forms.
