魏秀丽，中国社科院企业社会责任研究中心理事。毕业于首都经济贸易大学，经济学博士。现任教于北方工业大学经济管理学院，副教授。主要研究领域为公司治理、人力资源管理与企业社会责任。近年来出版著作《董事行为机制研究》、《中国中钢集团公司考察》、《员工管理实务》、《经济学是个什么玩意》、《每一滴油都是承诺》、《企业社会责任基础教材》、《中国盐业总公司考察》。其中《经济学是个什么玩意》获得2013年百部“全国优秀社会科学普及作品”。 Wei Xiuli，director of Research Center for corporate social responsibility Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.Graduated from Capital University of Economics and Business，and awarded Ph.D in economics.Working in North China University of Technology，and obtained the professional title of associate professor.
