陈金海 现任中共深圳市委宣传部常务副部长，在推动深圳国际化和城市文艺创新发展等领域，作出了大量卓有成效的探索，推动联合国教科文组织授予深圳“全球全民阅读典范城市”称号，作为“深圳故事”项目总负责人，推动深圳与联合国人居署开展研究合作，项目成果在“联合国人居署第一届人居大会”和“联合国第74届大会”上成功发布，并在联合国人居署2020年世界城市论坛“城市图书馆”中精彩展出。近年来，在《人民日报》《光明日报》《南方日报》等刊物发表研究深圳经济社会文化发展的系列理论文章二十余篇。

Chen Jinhai, currently the executive vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, promotes the UNESCO to award Shenzhen the title of "model city of global reading for all". The achievements of the project were successfully distributed at the "first UN Habitat conference" and "the 74th UN Assembly", and displayed in the "city library" of the UN Habitat 2020 World Urban Forum.
