王琼，女，河南商丘人。中国人民大学法学院法学博士，中国社会科学院法学研究所法学博士后。现为中国非洲研究院、中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所副研究员，从事中东非洲政治、中东非洲法律、中东非洲热点问题与国际法研究。在《中国司法》《人民司法》《法学杂志》《人民论坛》《西亚非洲》《阿拉伯世界研究》《学术探索》《当代世界》等学术期刊上发表论文60多篇。她已出版个人专著、合著多部。主要著作有：《西亚非洲法制》（法律出版社2013年版）、《罚金刑实证研究》（法律出版社2009年第一版）、《法官自由裁量权之法理分析》（2012年第一版，合著）。此外，她还任北京交通大学重组与兼并研究中心研究员，中国—中东法律研究中心研究员等，并从事兼职律师工作。

Wang Qiong,native of Shangqiu,Henan Province,is a doctor of law,Renmin University of China Law School,and a postdoctoral fellow,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Law.She is now an associate professor at the Institute of West Asia and African Studies,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences,engaging in studies of Middle East and African politics,Middle East and African law,Middle East and African hot issues and international law.She has published over 60 papers in Justice of China,People's Justice,Law Journal,People's Tribune,West Asia and Africa,Arab World Studies,Academic Exploration and The Contemporary World,etc.She has published several monographs and co-authored several books.Her major works include Legal System in Western Asia and Africa(Law Press,2013),Empiri cal Study on Fine Punishment(Law Press,1st edition,2009),and Legal Analysis of Judges' Discretion(1st edition,2012,co-authored).In addition,she is also a researcher of Center for Restructuring and Merger Research,Beijing Jiaotong University,and China Middle East Law Research Center.
